Job Description
Job Scope:
Responsible for executing customs compliance activities for India operations, ensuring adherence to local and global trade regulations. Support the establishment of export control framework and compliance with U.S. re-export regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with Indian customs regulations for all import transactions, including valuation, classification, and documentation accuracy.Coordinate with customs brokers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate import declarations.Assist in developing and implementing trade compliance processes, including screening and classification of goods and technology.Support the setup of export control framework and address U.S. re-export control requirements.Assist with the implementation of export control procedures in India, including basic screening and recordkeeping, in line with company policy and U.S. re-ex...
