Position Overview

Job Description
Lead the development and implementation of software for battery management systems (BMS) for high-voltage, 48V, and 12V automotive applications
Architect and design complex device drivers for BMS integrated circuits (ICs)
Ensure and drive functional safety according to ISO 26262 standards across projects
Serve as a key technical contact for OEMs and Tier-1 customers, managing customer-facing interactions and technical presentations
Provide technical leadership in AUTOSAR-based software architectures and solutions
Guide and mentor engineering teams, support customer projects, and deliver technical consulting

Qualifications
Extensive experience in automotive software development, with a focus on battery management systems
