Qualifications and Skills

• Highly experienced Semiconductor Failure Analysis Engineer with a comprehensive background in SEM/EDX, FIB Circuit Editing, and advanced Package Analysis.
• Proven expertise in executing non-destructive evaluations (X-Ray, CSAM) and destructive analysis (Laser/Acid Decapsulation).
• Specialized in complex sample preparation, including embedded cross-sectioning and chemical delayering, to deliver precise root cause identification for wafer and package failures.
• Capable of managing end-to-end analytical workflows from initial inspection to final circuit.
