REQUIREMENTS:
Total Experience 9+ years Strong experience in Workday HCM configuration, maintenance, and support.Strong functional expertise in Workday HCM modules and business processes.Hands-on experience with Core HCM, Compensation, Organization Management, and Employee Lifecycle Management.Advanced Compensation experience is highly preferred.Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable Workday solutions.Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security concepts, organizational structures, and configuration best practices.Experience leading Workday enhancements, releases, testing, and production support activities.Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve compl...
