Led the BCD technology‑related active and passive device P-cell layout generation.
Working closely with the Modelling team to get models developed to satisfy customers' application‑specific needs.
Work closely with PDK teams to implement all necessary application‑specific device features in the PDK and close the loop/technical communication with customers.
Based on customers' needs, enhance BCDMOS device performance and features.
Requirements:
Master or PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Physics with 5 years experiences in the Semiconductor Fabs environment.
