POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Specialist supports clients, Portfolio strategist and investment dealer advisors through the accurate and efficient execution of trades through their broad knowledge on products, services, procedures and regulatory requirements of the company and the industry. There is one position that will be filled in Montreal or Winnipeg.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Responsible for the professional servicing of in-coming telephone and email contacts from clients, Portfolio Strategists, Advisors and other internal departmentsComplete suitability assessment of orders and help client with KYC completion and or update Accurately executes client trades ensuring the adherence to industry and company regulationsMaintains up-to-date knowledge on the industry and company policies, products and proceduresUpholding ethical and professional requirements as an CIRO registrantParticipates...
