Act as the Talent Acquisition Partner for Malaysia Retail , enabling business growth by delivering strong talent outcomes through market insight, effective sourcing strategies, and confident hiring advisory to retail leaders.
Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end recruitment for Malaysia Retail , including permanent, part‑time, seasonal and internship hiring.
- Design and execute store‑level sourcing strategies , leveraging referrals, open days, vendors, job boards and employer branding initiatives.
- Partner closely with Retail Leaders, Regional Directors, Area Managers and HRBPs to deliver timely and high‑quality hiring outcomes across recruitment cycles.
- Serve as a talent advisor —providing clear hiring recommendations, market insights, and competitor intelligence to business leaders.
