Madison Pearl is partnering with a leading bank in Abu Dhabi to expand their Strategy Division as a Senior Specialist you will be responsible for identifying emerging trends, analysing future scenarios, and supporting the development of long‑term strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities - Develop future scenarios and strategic foresight frameworks to influence decision‑making.
- Support the design and execution of long‑term strategies aligned with organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate foresight insights into business planning and policy development.
