• Identify and drive Cost of Sales improvements through yield enhancements, test or process improvements in close cooperation with all related production sites.
• Lead technical ramp ups and commit yourself to milestones and targets related to cost, yield, volume shipped and quality from initiation through successful completion of ramp up phase.
• Actively contribute to projects and task force/focus teams during escalations to support operational excellence.
