**The Role: Senior Specialist, HRBP**The Senior Specialist, HRBP provides functional HR expertise and operational governance support across Compensation & Benefits administration, Workday governance, and compliance requirements, while supporting HR Business Partnering activities to ensure effective delivery of HR programs and consistent employee experience. This role plays a critical part in ensuring HR data integrity, policy adherence, and audit readiness, while enabling HRBP initiatives through strong execution and functional support.
