JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary
Provides senior level support for health plan growth and community engagement activities. Responsible for achieving and continuously improving Molinaβs enrollment/referral growth objectives across all lines of business; collaborates with key departments across the enterprise to improve overall choice rates and assignment percentages. Develops relationships with community based organizations (CBOs) and providers to drive membership growth , and coordinates community events with key partners to increase Molina brand recognition visibility.
**Essential Job Duties**
β’ Under limited supervision, responsible for carrying out activities required to achieve membership/referral growth targets and overall choice rate through a combination of direct and indirect marketing activities and community events.
