Position Overview
Job Role & Responsibilities - Bachelor’s degree in sustainability, environmental science, economics, business, engineering, finance, or a related discipline
- 8–12 years of progressive experience in ESG, sustainability, responsible investment, or related strategy and governance roles
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing ESG strategies, frameworks, or policies within a corporate, investment, or advisory environment
- Strong understanding of leading ESG standards and frameworks such as GRI, SASB, TCFD, UN SDGs, and regional regulatory requirements
- Proven track record in ESG reporting, data management, and KPI development, preferably within a large organization or multi‑stakeholder environment
- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership to integrate ESG into business planning and decision‑making
