We are seeking a Senior Specialist – Employees Performance and Development to lead the development and implementation of employee training, performance, and development initiatives.
To develop work plans and mechanisms related to employee training and development, and to implement training and development programs in accordance with approved plans. The role also manages the performance management system to enhance employee efficiency and build institutional capabilities in alignment with the objectives, in addition to preparing and executing all related operational plan tasks.
