Prepare credit analyses and loan reviews for Project/ Structured Finance customers, both bilateral and syndicated (with special focus on Renewable Energy Finance). Analyses encompass the historical and projected financial and operational performance of the borrower, and any property, portfolio, structural, or legal issues related to a specific transaction including rating.
Prepare credit reports for new loan facilities and process renewals and amendments for existing facilities in the assigned portfolio (incl. review of financial model, technical and other consultants' reports and preparation of rating)
Monitor operating and financial performance of borrowers on an ongoing basis and prepare monitoring reports in regular intervals. Ensure observance and timely fulfillment of financial and operational reporting requirements.
