1. Compensation & Benefits Design & Governance
- Support the design, implementation, and governance of compensation structures, job grading, and benefits programs.
- Align C&B practices with Midea Global HQ and Regional CoE standards while adapting to local regulations and requirements.
- Coordinate annual compensation processes (salary review, bonus cycles, incentive plans).
- Act as subject-matter expert and advisor on all C&B-related topics. Provide guidance and training to HRBPs and managers on compensation and benefits matters.
