As a Senior Specialist in Apparel Commercialization for SMU and Collaboration projects, you are a key part of the Sourcing team. Your mission is to ensure On’s most exclusive products meet the highest standards of aesthetics, functionality, and performance. You will execute apparel developments in alignment with SMU and Collab calendars, work from our Zurich hub, travel within the EU and occasionally to Asia, and collaborate with manufacturing partners. This role reports to the Senior Lead – Apparel Commercialization Special Projects.

Your mission

• Monitor SMU and Collab calendars & ensure samples are submitted on time and styles are buy‑ready on time to meet bulk production deadlines.
• Ensure that the products developed are production‑ready and work with vendors to mitigate any risks.
