Summary The Division of Corporation is seeking an Attorney Advisor (Senior Special Counsel). As a Senior Special Counsel, you will be responsible for a broad range of assignments in the Division of Corporation Finance's Office of Small Business Policy. OSBP provides guidance to companies seeking to raise capital through exempt or smaller registered offerings and is responsible for administering the Division's rules and policies affecting private companies and smaller public companies Responsibilities In this role as a Senior Special Counsel, you will be responsible for: Interpreting requirements for available exemptions from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, including Regulation A, Regulation Crowdfunding, and Regulation D.
