Overall Job Objectives:
The Senior Head Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality head and scalp treatments to clients, providing exceptional spa services, and overseeing the operations of the head spa therapy team.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide scalp treatments, perform professional hair scalp analysis for customers, including shampoo, blow-dry, basic head massage, and related services
Provide the right solution to the customer by consulting, listening and applying technical know-how
Understand the fundamentals of sales and hair care and constantly strive to improve skills by learning and researching in the field
