The position of Senior Sous Chef is available at a pub located in a beautiful seaside village setting, that has a great reputation for offering its guests high quality dining. The pub restaurant currently serves modern British seasonal dishes along with traditional pub classics using the best of local ingredients. This is a friendly village pub which is part of a very successful company who is supportive of the kitchen teams. In this βhands onβ role you will support the Head Chef in all aspects of running the kitchen including costing, H&S and training and developing your team working in a brigade of 5. During the summer season the pub is extremely busy especially during the lunch time service when an average of 400 covers are served daily.
Requirements:
An ambitious, enthusiastic, and experienced sous chef who has a proven track record of working in fast paced fresh food Kitchens.
