We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Sous Chef to join our culinary team at a global operational headquarters, located within the iconic Leadenhall Building in the heart of the City of London. This prestigious location provides a unique setting for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences, including fine dining, canapé receptions, buffets, and corporate events for 50–200 guests.

Working closely with the Head Chef, you will play a key leadership role in managing kitchen operations, driving food quality and consistency, and developing a high-performing team.
