Set within a stunning countryside estate, the business operates multiple food outlets, weddings, private events, a cookery school, kitchen gardens, and its own livestock operation. Food sits at the very heart of the guest experience, with each outlet offering its own distinct identity and seasonally changing menus.
This role is based primarily within the popular daytime restaurant, serving fresh breakfasts, brunches and modern British classics using outstanding local and seasonal ingredients.
