Responsibilities - Develop, issue, and manage RFQs/RFPs across assigned categories.
- Coordinate supplier communication, clarifications, timelines, and evaluation criteria.
- Consolidate responses and prepare structured comparison summaries for category teams.
- Perform spend analysis, cost modeling, price benchmarking, and market research.
- Build analytics dashboards and support category strategy development with insights.
- Validate supplier quotes against historical buys, market indices, and technical requirements.
- Analyze supplier proposals for cost, scope, lead time, and risk.
- Conduct should‑cost analysis and identify negotiation levers.
