Job Description

• Responsible for supporting and conducting strategic negotiation events for Strategic Sourcing group.
• Build and create relationships with internal clients to understand their contracting needs.
• Negotiate business terms with vendors and partners (large and small), to minimize risk and maximize price efficiencies.
• Solid understanding of a wide array of contract forms - MNDA, MSA & SOW's
• Liaise with the Legal and Security departments to ensure all contract controls and protections are in place.
• Establish relationships and lead Stakeholders / cross-functional teams to get process buy-in.
• Create Strategic Sourcing partnerships in order to increase addressable spend.
• Lead sourcing events from project kick-off to contract execution.
• Use and evaluate eSourcing tools and new technologies.
