Job Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors locally and internationally.
• Source new suppliers, follow customer’s specification for competitive price.
• Request at least three quotations for price comparison.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to secure the best value for the company.
• Control purchasing costs, analyze price trends, and contribute to budgeting efforts.
• Work closely with relevant departments to ensure products purchased are in line with the needs of the company.
• Regularly assess vendor performance based on quality, service, delivery, and compliance.
