Position Overview
Senior Solutions Sales Executive, Public Sector (SSE-PS) – a highly motivated self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative team‑selling environment. The Sr. SSE will sell the Ricoh portfolio of products and solutions into Public Sector accounts, cultivating and expanding existing client relationships, ensuring account retention and expansion, and developing new customers.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas.
- Manage existing customer relationships to ensure customer retention and growth.
- Prospect, develop and close opportunities to provide value to new customers.
- Qualify sales opportunities based on Ricoh’s sales methodology & metrics, including customer fit and success criteria.
- Build account plans and strategies for each target account.
