Our Client, an American Biotechnology company, is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect (Workday HCM, Time Tracking and Absence) for their Peachtree Corners, GA location. Responsibilities:

+ Act as a trusted advisor to HR, Payroll, IT and business leaders, lead the endtoend solution architecture for Workday HCM, Time Tracking, and Absence modules

+ Design crossmodule integrations and ensure alignment between HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, and downstream systems

+ Assess current systems and utilization; identify and recommend improvements such as training, customization, and enhancements to maximize value and efficiency of the people reporting.

+ Build and execute detailed implementation plans including discovery, design, QA/test, deploy and support leveraging agile methodologies. Develop detailed test plans, test scripts, and execute testing to deliver a thorough, bug free reporting solution.
