Key Responsibilities

• Operational coordination of the engineering team — standups, sprints, demos, retrospectives.
• Track engineering work against plan; surface risks and blockers.
• Light Business Analysis: clarify user stories, document acceptance criteria, support product owners.
• Maintain regular delivery reporting in partnership with the Delivery Manager.
• Coordinate team capacity and time tracking.
• Partner with our PM / Product Owner counterparts on cross-team coordination.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience in software engineering contexts.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / Kanban delivery models.
• Strong grasp of project management principles.
• Experience building project plans, milestones, etc. from scratch.
• Strong English-language fluency.
