**Overview**

Microsoft Clarity is a user behavior analytics platform used by millions of sites to understand and improve user experience. We’re looking for a Senior Engineer to help evolve Clarity’s web experiences, scale our UI architecture, and build AI-forward, intuitive, high‑performance interfaces used daily by customers worldwide.

You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to ship end‑to‑end features, influence architecture decisions, and raise the quality bar across the team.
