What We're Looking For

• 3+ years building and deploying LLM-powered applications in production
• Strong Python development experience
• Experience with frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex
• Familiarity with RAG architectures and vector databases
• Experience building APIs and backend services
• Understanding of AI system evaluation and reliability

What You'll Do

• Design and deploy multi-step AI agent systems
• Build RAG pipelines and integrate with enterprise systems
• Create evaluation frameworks for quality and production readiness
• Implement AI guardrails and security controls
• Contribute to CI/CD and observability for AI applications
