• Drive Strategy: Champion the 'Shift Left' approach, utilizing the V-Model to map acceptance criteria to unit, integration, and regression levels.
• Automate Everything: Build and own the test infrastructure, coding robust automation for all acceptance suites within our CI/CD pipelines.
• Innovate: Implement AI-driven testing tools to accelerate test case generation and visual regression checks.
• Coach & Mentor: Guide engineers on TDD/BDD practices, ensuring the entire team writes high-quality, testable code. ...
