Senior Software Developer (Support) – a senior, hands‑on role focused on complex troubleshooting, data integrity, API‑based integrations and close collaboration with Product, Development and QA teams. Requires strong SQL expertise, sound judgment and deep ERP domain knowledge.
This role reports directly to the Tech Support Lead and works closely with the Executive Product Director on customer‑support initiatives, escalations, and systemic product improvements informed by support trends.
Primary support for Australia with overlap into North America.
