Supervise daily operations of soft services (cleaning landscaping pest control waste management) ensuring all activities are executed efficiently safely and in line with the international standards and cleaning schedules.
Team Leadership & Performance Monitoring
Lead and coordinate a team of soft services staff and supervisors ensuring proper shift coverage task assignment attendance and performance. Assist the Facilities Manager in evaluating staff productivity performance and identifying training needs.
Service Provider Oversight & Quality Assurance
Act as a key liaison for outsourced service providers monitoring deliverables service quality and adherence to SLAs/KPIs. Conduct regular inspections audits and spot checks to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.
