Position Overview
Summary Provides onsite and tele-mental health care for Veterans with moderate to severe mental health concerns in an interdisciplinary recovery-focused program. Performs assessment, diagnosis, crisis/same-day care, evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy, treatment planning, consults, suicide-risk evaluation, case management, referrals, documentation, peer review, policy input, and consultation, mentoring, and supervision for staff and students. Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy in individual, family, and group settings. Assess, diagnose, and treat mental health disorders within approved clinical privileges or scope of practice.
