We’re looking for a hands‑on Social Media Manager who truly understands how modern social media works at scale. This is not a role for someone who simply schedules posts, follows generic content pillars, or reports vanity metrics. We need someone who knows what it takes to build an always‑on social engine that consistently drives awareness, engagement, and growth.
You’ll be responsible for planning, creating, coordinating, and executing a high‑volume content operation across multiple platforms, producing and managing hundreds of pieces of content each week. You’ll understand how to source attention, react to trends quickly, repurpose winning formats, and build systems that keep content moving fast without sacrificing quality.
