As GRAHAM continues to strengthen its presence across the Midlands, we are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to take a leading role on one of our major regional developments. 

You will take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are consistently achieved. Working closely with the Project Manager and the wider delivery team, you will help foster a collaborative, solutions‑focused culture while maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
