What you’ll do
Content:
- Lead and design shopper research projects using qual & quant methodologies
- Deliver best in class shopper insight reports and lead the continual improvement of the research programme
- Create high-quality, high impact reports, articles, presentations and webinars
- Maintain high research standards and ensure consistency of tone and brand
- Review analytics and proactively suggest new ideas aligned to strategy
- Raise awareness through marketing and comms, including press involvement
Research:
- Analyse research data and insight, triangulate with other sources of insight and fully interrogate the detail, finding the broader story in the data
- Demonstrate strong research methodological understanding
- Lead, design and carry out qualitative and quantitative research recommending the appropriate methodology for each project
