Position Overview
Objectives/Purpose of the Job Responsible to deliver ServiceNow Solution by designing ServiceNow workflow, programming on ServiceNow platform, ensuring quality assurance of ServiceNow configuration/codes and maintenance of it.
Key Responsibilities & Key Result Areas - Must be a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Must possess at least 3 year of experience for setting configuring and maintaining ServiceNow instances
- Must be proficient in deployment validation and operationalization of custom apps on NOW platform must possess at least 3 year of proven experience
- Must be able to configure and customize ITSM ITOM ITAM
- At least 3 year of app development experience
