Position: Senior Service Now Consultant (Subject Matter Expert) Start Date: Immediate to 30 Days Location: Any of the main cities, Offshore or nearshore Key Skills: CSM, ITSM, HRSD Employment Type: Only FTE (Fulltime) Support hours: IST & Overlapping hours if PST (till 12.30 am IST) Must have 7+ years of experience in modules Service Now experience with Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), CSM and IT Service Management (ITSM) Must have done multiple end-to-end, full life cycle implementations modules CSM, ITSM, HRSD Support Service Now Application Users Service Now system support including Production and Sandbox environments Covers modules: Case, HR Case, Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge ITSM, CSM, HRSD, Portal, Automation Reports and Dashboard Experience with Inbound and Outbound integrations with Service Now.
