Position Overview
Key Responsibilities - Plan, organize, and oversee daily service and maintenance operations
- Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, surveillance systems)
- Ensure timely completion of service jobs and projects
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members
- Liaise with customers to ensure high service standards and satisfaction
- Maintain proper documentation of service reports and operational activities
Requirements - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in servicing and maintaining security or surveillance systems
- Possess a valid Class 3/3A Driving Licence
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to organize and manage day-to-day operations effectively
- Handsβon, independent, and able to work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
