Introduction

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager to join a strategic enterprise-wide transformation programme within a leading financial services environment.

This programme is focused on modernising core capabilities and integrating them across HR systems, payroll, identity and access management, employee self-service platforms, and downstream operational systems .

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end delivery of a complex transformation programme, combining Agile Scrum Master expertise with strong traditional project/programme management capabilities .

You will be responsible for driving delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between business, technology, architecture, security, and operational stakeholders across the enterprise.
