Job Description
This role requires a senior‑level professional who can operate in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment, lead implementations, and manage multiple standalone applications through the full SDLC.
The individual will be responsible for planning, execution, and delivery, working closely with IT, Finance, Treasury, and Audit stakeholders. This role is hands‑on and delivery‑focused, not just facilitation.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master and Project Manager for Treasury, Audit, and Real Estate–related applications
Act as IT Product Owner for Treasury and Audit systems
Run projects using an Agile / Hybrid delivery approach
Lead implementation and ongoing management of:
CoStar (Real Estate accounting and maintenance)
Audit applications, including ACL module
Legal module implementations
Informatica IDMC integrations
Manage multiple standalone Oracle‑based applications
Own project plans, sprint execution, dependencies, risks, and de...
