In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Design the best strategy for the validation of new antibodies for critical research areas like cancer, immunology and infectious diseases.
• Establish and troubleshoot new processes, with a focus on standardization and continuous improvement.
• Maintain a high quality standard within the lab; ensuring the lab is compliant with all external and internal quality standards, including ISO9001.
• Manage and mentor more junior colleagues, creating an engaging environment.
• Ensure project objectives are met in agreed timeline and proactively communicate progress to other stakeholders.

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• PhD in Immunology, Immuno-Oncology or infectious Disease or equivalent years of experience in industry setting (typically 5 years)
