Position Overview
Responsibilities:
- Configure applications to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes.
- Possess a strong understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes within a global organization.
- Design, implement, and support complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
- Stay updated and assist customers with bi-annual SuccessFactors upgrades.
- Hold additional certification(s) in any other SAP SuccessFactors module(s).
- Conduct discovery meetings with clients to understand current processes and gather future-state requirements.
