Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP Payroll, including SAP HCM PA, OM, PY and/or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for Germany or Switzerland.
Strong understanding of end‑to‑end payroll processes and HR administration, including payroll schemas and rules, personnel calculation rules (PCRs), wage types, bank file configuration, and EC–Payroll integration concepts.
Proven experience configuring and customizing SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors ECP to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Solid expertise in analyzing and resolving payroll and HR data‑related issues in hybrid SAP HCM / SuccessFactors landscapes.
Strong background in business process analysis, optimization, and project delivery within HR transformation programs.
