Position Overview

Our valued public sector client is looking for Senior SAP ABAP PI/PO Consultant to develop ABAP proxies to facilitate middleware integration within a large-scale government SAP ECC6 environment.
Background:
The organization is looking to manage the legacy environment until it is replaced and decommissioned by the resulting new information system. Therefore, it will need to maintain and enhance the existing SAP based system required for replacing legacy systems. The current environment is composed of the current SAP ERP 6.0 with a limited number of the new SAP S/4 HANA software modules.
Responsibilities: 
ABAP Development
Design, build, and enhance custom SAP ABAP programs, reports, function modules, BAPIs, BADIs, enhancements, and forms.
Troubleshoot existing custom code and remediate defects, performance issues, or functional gaps.
Support data migration, data cleansing, and data-quality initiatives through ABAP tooling.
