Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce–Microsoft Copilot integration architectures
• Configure and maintain Salesforce orgs (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
• Develop custom Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
• Integrate Copilot Studio with Salesforce data using APIs and connectors
• Define data mapping strategies between Salesforce objects and Microsoft 365 services
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance across integrated platforms
• Provide technical guidance and documentation for internal teams
• Participate in solution design reviews and stakeholder workshops

Qualifications

• Active Salesforce certification (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, ...
