Position Overview
The Senior Salesforce Data360 Product Owner will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Salesforce Data360, our enterpriseβs core customer unification platform. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, governed, and actionable data that empowers teams to drive customer-focused innovation, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions. You will act as the bridge between business and technical teams. By integrating with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Relate, GCP, and other marketing tools, you will help enable more effective segmentation, campaign measurement, and customer journey management. You will report to the Senior Manager, Customer Experience.
In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from either Madison, WI 53783 or Boston, MA 02110
