Mode: Full time - perm Location: Ang Mo Kio Manufacturing Monday - Friday 830am to 530pm Job Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily operations of the customer support team Ensure prompt and professional handling of customer enquiries, orders, quotations, service requests and escalations Provide updates on order and shipment status to customers and management Improve service processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and issue resolution Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders Prepare customer reports and maintain operational documentation Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or related field Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a managerial or senior leadership role Experience in machinery, equipment or technic...
