Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Sales Specialist to lead and grow our distribution network for architectural hardware solutions and access automation solution across Malaysia and Brunei . This is an individual contributor role focused on identifying, onboarding, and managing partners and distributors to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the channel sales strategy for Malaysia & Brunei, aligned with the companyβs growth objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential distributors and partners for architectural hardware and access automation solutions.
- Manage and nurture existing distributor relationships to ensure alignment, performance, and loyalty.
