Act as the primary contact for large parties and corporate events, managing bookings from initial inquiry to final execution. VIP Relationship Management:
Cultivate relationships with high-value clients, promoters, and party planners to secure regular, high-ticket bookings. Marketing & Promotions:
Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials, social media campaigns, and specialty packages to attract new customers. Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate the sales team, promoters, and hostesses, providing training on sales techniques and customer service. Client Experience:
